Community Scholarship

 

The Cincinnati (OH) Queen City Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, will distribute scholarships to African American females currently residing in the Greater Cincinnati (OH) Metropolitan Area that are currently high school seniors and plan to attend a college or university upon graduation. Recipients of the scholarship will be based on academic excellence, community service involvement, financial need, and a short interview, if requested. Interested applicants must have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. 

 
All applicants must include the following:
  • A completed application with a typewritten essay.
  • An official transcript with an official school stamp or watermark in a sealed envelope.  Please request your unweighted GPA on a 4.0 scale.
  • Two letters of recommendation.

In addition, one scholarship is available for African American females currently residing in the Lincoln Heights , OH community that are currently high school seniors and plan to attend a college or university upon graduation.
